Cancellation Policy

1. 24-Hour Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer your spot to another client. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any charges.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment.

3. Deposits

For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, the deposit may be forfeited.

 

4. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

5. Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you.
